| The tibial implant and the femoral component are available (without cement, with porous tita- nium coating). The knee is flexed again and the final femoral component is impacted. |

Closing efter surgery realized in three layers

Aponevrosis and capsular, sub-cutaneous, cutaneous plans are sutured.
With suction drain, splint.
Post-operative care

- Removable splint,
- Antiphlebitic prevention,
- Early deambulation 1 day after operation with com
- plete weight bearing, - Immediate work against muscular inhibition,
- Flexion 2 or 3 days after operation at the time of the suction drain removal,
- Active flexion assisted by physiotherapist up to 90°,
- Motorized splint if painful inhibition,
- Immediate implementation of walking pattern to eliminate the splint as of operation day + 7,
- Deambulation with walking stick for 45 days.
